How long it takes to ship my order?

Depends on the location. In Germany, the order is usually delivered within 3 days. Europe-wide in average 5 days. Remote places will take up to 2 weeks.

What if I don't like the taste?

No worries, the taste is a personal preference. If you did not like our space food you can send us back unopened packages and we will refund on them. But there is also an option one of your friends might like.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, but if the packaging is not opened. Otherwise, just dispose of the food and use the pack for something else. Let us know what was the problem and will find a way how to recoup that.

Why you don't use paper packaging?

While dry fruits have a long shelf life, biodegradable materials do not. This restricts our options for packaging that can ensure freshness. With our current production volume, we cannot offer sustainable packaging options. However, as we grow, we plan to transition to eco-friendly packaging.

What types of dry fruits does your company offer for the space exploration industry?

Our company offers a range of high-quality dry fruits, vegetables, and berries such as persimmon, kiwi, melon, mandarin, cherry, tomato, and more. All of our products are hand-picked and dried to meet the specific needs of the space exploration industry.

We do offer dry fruits wholesale orders for space agencies and private companies. However, if you are a group of enthusiasts, you can also get a good price. Simply beam us a message requesting a volume order.
